'ruins hours spokane'
Because it was date afternoon and we've been itching to go (and get out of the house together). It was closed, so we went to The Wandering Table, which looks kinda the same. There is definitely a rustic-polished trend going on in the restaurant world. No judgement there, just an observation. The Wandering Table rocked our afternoon, as did a surprisingly successful trip to The Village (which always, no matter what time of year, serves as a reminder that Halloween is somewhere in the near future or close past).
'the nourished kitchen'
When I was pregnant, I did not cook much. Pregnant women are supposed to adore food, right? Especially after the first trimester, but I did not. My nursing appetite, on the other hand, has a tummy of her own. That, our love of Master Chef and the fact that we spend more time at home (timing baby naps) than I ever have in my whole life, the cook in me has come back full-throttle. And I just checked out this cookbook, The Nourished Kitchen, from the South Hill Library. And...It. Rules. Hard. The writing is good, the pictures are beautiful, and the recipes are what hearty, simple, and unique at the same time.
'simple chewy brownies'
Basic brownies. It took me a while to find a simple recipe for chewy brownies. These are baking as I type, but I can tell by the spoon (and bowl, and whisk) I just sampled, that they're going to be real good.
UPDATE: They were okay. Good is you like a cakey brownie.

'spokane' + 'whollnicks,' 'walnicks,' 'wholniks,' 'wollnicks'
I used yahoo search for this and it could not figure out what I was trying to find. I worked hard to get the spelling right and was reminded what a terrible speller I am.
'questionaire'
Because I couldn't remember if it has one "n," or two (it has two) and I was sending it to a bunch of English teachers.
