I don't know how I forgot it. It was probably the first "app" I had that I knew was an app. And it was definitely my first photo editing app, and now that i"m looking through the picture, I think Poladroid is still my favorite app out there. I just a ran a few newer pic through and am so happy with how they turned out. If you're looking for something fun to do on a Sunday night, I highly recommend downloading it.
Discovering this app, which I downloaded around 5 years ago, has made me realize how much my computer usage has changed since then. I didn't have an iPhone then, and although I blogged myself, I didn't spend much time reading other people's blogs because there weren't many out there. There are a couple I still read, or at least check in on from time to time, but they've changed a lot. Here are a few new blogs/websites I've been checking out, some of them, of course, Spokane related:
I'm going ignore the fact I should be going to sleep and cuddle up to one of the three cute guys I live with see what the Galactica crew us up to.
- SpoCool: This used to be a blog, but now is basically a Spokane Restaurant guide. I ain't gonna lie, I don't love the name. But I've watched this website change quite a bit, and it's current set up is pretty useful. When Tim and I are hemming and hawing about where to eat, I will sometimes pull this up.
- LaTonya Yvette: This is basically a lifestyle blog from New York, which there are a plethora of (did you know "plethora" doesn't just mean "a lot," but it means "a lot, in a bad way"). But I love the photography and I like that, although the blog is very professional, I never get the sense she's posting just to post, which is one of my pet peeves in the blog world.
- Inland NW Business: Not fancy. But I like to keep my finger on the business buzz. Not sure that mixed metaphor is working...

I'm working on a post with a few ideas of what to do with all of that squash we're getting in the PNW. Squash coming out of the ears, as our neighbor says--the one who gives us her extras:)
